What is included in the free plan?+

You can create and download unlimited static QR codes. With a free account, you can also save up to 5 dynamic QR codes and track 1,000 scans each month across your account.

What happens when I reach 1,000 free scans?+

Your QR codes continue redirecting normally. Additional scan analytics are not recorded until the next monthly cycle or until you upgrade to Pro.

What is a dynamic QR code?+

A dynamic QR code points to a short QR Lion link. You can change its destination later without reprinting the QR code and view its scan activity.

Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime?+

Yes. The monthly Pro plan has no long-term commitment, and you can cancel before the next renewal.

How does annual billing work?+

The annual plan is billed once at $24 for 12 months. That works out to $2 per month and saves $10.80 compared with paying monthly for a full year.

Are there limits on Pro or Developer plans?+

Pro has no product limits for dashboard-created dynamic codes and scans. Developer includes 1,000 active API-managed codes and 50,000 API requests per month.

Is location analytics included in the free plan?+

Free accounts receive total scans, unique scans and the latest scan time. Timeline, device, browser, operating-system, location, per-code and export analytics are included with Pro plans.

Will my printed QR codes stop working if I cancel?+

Static QR codes always keep working. Dynamic QR codes remain in your account, but paid-only analytics and unlimited usage require an active Pro subscription.
